The Property Specialist role is to act as a representative for clients of Premier Estates and negotiate the successful sale & rental of properties, recommend property owners on current market trends and strive to fulfill their sales targets set out on a monthly basis.

Premier Estates sales and leasing specialists are expected to demonstrate commitment, integrity and ability to work well within a team atmosphere. Candidates must be dynamic, knowledgeable, aspiring and strive for a successful career within the real estate industry. Minimum one-year UAE real estate experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create and nurture relationships with buyers and sellers for purchases and rental transactions
– Complete all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property within the UAE
– Interpret client needs through continual communication and listening.
– Negotiate with involved parties to reach mutual agreements on price and contract details
– Responsible for working in a target driven sales environment
– Set goals and strive to achieve them with enthusiasm and determination
– Maintain updated and accurate property details
– Recommend clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
– Ensure potential customers are provided with reliable and accurate information regarding properties
– Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
– Attend to sales enquiries and meetings professionally and maintain a high standard of service at all times
– Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients

Compensation
– Up to 65% Commission.
– British Management
– Commission paid regularly at the end of each month.
– Marketing and advertising support through online advertising and property listings on all major property portals.
– Professional designer and photographer to create all your marketing requirements
– Full time administration support.
